Maple Avenue Paving & Driveway
The driveway and parking area on this project was for 6 houses providing off street parking for 12 vehicles along with access paths to the individual properties. The build up of the surfaces below are strictly laid in accordance with the manufacturers guidelines ensuring they achieve full permeability.
The main driveway of this project was to form part of a SuDS (Sustainable Drainage systems) compliance scheme which is primarily designed to put water back in the ground rather than overloading the drains. The product used was Permabound By GCL products. A market leading resin based surface with permeability in mind. The key to this product is the build up of the correct materials ensuring permeability .

Pathway &Parking Area
Our team is well experienced in the process and have undertaken training provided by the manufacturer. The access paths to the properties were completed in Indian stone paving giving a contrast to grass and the resin surfaces. The actual parking area was topped off with X-Grid and filled with a 6mm angular limestone gravel ensuring Suds Compliance. When installed correctly the gravel does not migrate under use and leaves a good solid base for parking.
