New Builds: 3 Bedrooms Semis & 2 Bed Flats

The land at the rear of Sunacre court, Maple avenue has been a spare piece of land for decades. A friend and I formed a company to build some houses on it. We formed KWB Projects. The land came with planning for 2… 3 bed semis and 4… 2 bed flats with private parking.

We set to work and built our own little development which we have called Forrest Mews. The semis are 90 sqm, A rated family homes and come with 5 kW of solar panels, 2 double bedrooms, 1 box room, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet and one living kitchen area. They have a private garden and two parking spaces per property on the private parking area with infrastructure in place for Ev points.

Built with Sustainability in Mind

The block of four flats come with 2 double bedrooms, kitchen lounge, bathroom and utility cupboard. These also have solar power along with two parking spaces per flat. These are A rated properties built to a high standard. The parking area for the development has 12 parking spaces with surfaces meeting SUDS compliance, with x-grid gravelled parking spots and permeable resin surfaced road and turning points.

The properties are built in conventional block cavity block wall construction, with Insubeam and screed flooring. They are coated on the external walls with a silicone based render. We have paved the walk areas in indian stone paving to give a modern look blending in with the resin driveway .
